MY STORY

How I started

 

I have been a cake decorator for 9 years 
 I have learned a lot in the 9 years
 I have been a cake decorator 
 The does and the don'ts of decorating a cake 
 My very first cake I made looked like,
 '' well I don't know''
 I then decided I would learn how to do it properly 
 It was something I always wanted to do so away I went, 
 And I wouldn't do anything else 
 I  personally bake and decorate all the cakes myself.
 And I currently hold a level 2 award in food safety in catering. 
 I am fully qualified as a cake decorator
